This was a bait and switch. Joe came to fix a problem on May 6th. That day he encouraged me to purchase a home maintenance plan which included a water heater flushing. On May 30th he came to perform the service and told me my water heater was 8 years old and too old to flush. Why did he not mention this 24 days ago. I feel taken advantage of.

I spoke to Denise at Power Pro; she told me that the estimate will be free, and someone will contact me shortly, letting me know when the technician will be on his way. A very nice gentleman, Ricky came out, and I told him that I needed an estimate. I had to leave for a doctor's appointment, but my wife was home. My wife called me and told me that replacing a P-Trap would cost us $795.00. I told the technician that I could not afford that and not to do anything. At that time he informed me that the service charge was $59.00. I informed him that Denise assured me that there would not be a service charge. Ricky said, yes, that was before he cut all the pipes. PLEASE NOTE: I did not want anything to be cut, I just wanted to have an estimate. I called your office and wanted to speak to a manager. Denise said that Alan would call me back. That did not happen as of yet at 7:50 PM. I would greatly appreciate a refund at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
